A WFP monitor checks the food supply at a village warehouse. This is CSB (corn-soya) donated by Japan. The United States is the most important food donor to Ethiopia. A village council in cooperation with WFP, non-governmental organizations, and the Ethiopian Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission will select the beneficiaries.
