In one of Bunia General’s wards, Hope is born.  Only in the maternity ward will you find smiling mothers and healthy children.  But the hope is as fragile as these babies’ futures.  Soon they will leave the protection and care of the hospital.  Whether or not they will later return to another less hopeful ward depends in great part on ending the hostilities in the DRC and bringing peace, stability and promise to a nation that has suffered long enough.
