This photo shows the establishment of a new camp for Wuzhishan workers on July 2, after the company had been ordered to cease new planting. The shelter is inadequate and no mosquito nets were apparent in this highly malarial area. Wuzhishan has introduced about 3,000 workers into the remote Phnong homeland area, most of them lowland Khmer from outside Mondolkiri province.
