McCall-Pierpaoli Fellow

Job Summary

The McCall-Pierpaoli Fellowship was created to enable former refugees who are currently attending or recent graduates of colleges and universities to learn to become effective advocates on humanitarian issues, analyze humanitarian situations and support advocacy for solutions.  The fellowship will provide an opportunity for a student to absorb first-hand how Refugees International makes a difference on humanitarian issues. Fellows will work closely with our professional staff to research humanitarian issues, analyze humanitarian situations and advocate for solutions. The fellowship is named for our fallen colleagues, Penny and David McCall and Yvette Pierpaoli, whose efforts to save lives and improve conditions of refugees in Southeast Asia, Africa and the Balkans were unparalleled.
